Statement of Work

SoW overview

The Statement of Work (SoW) captures and defines all aspects of your project (assignment). After a project detailed in a SoW has been successfully delivered, future or new projects can be initiated with a new SoW, the Framework Services Agreement survives a SoW.

Time & Materials projects

Our SoW details the purpose, scope and deliverables of the project.
A detailed project plan with roadmap, tasks and milestones is shared. We typically provide weekly project updates.
The SoW details your requirements. We typically use an Agile (SCRUM) project methodology. Requirements are detailed in User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Test Criteria.
Project deliverables may include wireframes, mockups, PDF or JPG designs, CX Journey maps and personas.
Project "sign-off" or acceptance details, fees and payment details complete the SoW contents.
