    We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when your visit or browse our Website.

    We collect information from visitors when a form (contact us or subscription), or appointment is booked via our Website, blog or subdomains, (the "Website"), or when you contact us by email or phone.

    Data collected will include your name, job title, company, phone number and email address. This data will be processed and stored in our CRM system (Salesforce CRM).

    The data may be processed and temporarily stored (up to 10 working days) in Jotform or Calendly and transferred to our CRM system Information stored in Jotform or Calendly is permanently deleted after it has been transferred to our CRM system (Salesforce Sales Cloud).

    Data may be held in Salesforce for up to three years for our Sales and Marketing purposes only. Thereafter, PII data will be permanently deleted unless it is required for transactional purposes.

    We will hold your personal information in our system for relevant purpose only. We process PII information to:

    (i) Provide information about our services, solutions and respond to general enquiries.
    (ii) Enable business transactions such as marketing, sales, service, support and billing.
    (iii) Process a job application and related activities (if you applied for a job).
