NDA or Confidentiality Agreement
Details shared on assignments (projects) may need to be restricted for various compelling reasons. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA), is a legal document that keeps the lid on such sensitive information. An NDA maybe referred to alternatively as confidentiality agreements (CA), confidentiality statements, or confidentiality clauses, within a larger legal document.
Before an engagement begins, you may want a NDA or Confidentially Agreement. We are ofcourse happy to sign an NDA.
Our Framwork Agreement (Master Services Agreement) also contains a Confidentiality Clause.
